Adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen is a pantry and laundry room. This kitchen also features a bar with a built in wine cooler and a dishwasher. A classic round dining table is nested in an island in the state of the art natural wood kitchen with marble countertops and stainless steel appliances. Master Bedroom #1 has a king-size bed with a view of 5th Avenue. You will find ample storage, cabinets and closet space. There is a three-piece en suite bathroom. Master Bedroom #2 has a king-size bed and features a wonderful Caribbean Sea view. This bedroom occupies the corner building location so also has views of town, 5th Avenue and 26th Street. There is a large four-piece bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub/shower. The private terrace overlooking 5th Avenue is accessible from all three bedrooms. Bedroom #3 shares an adjoining door with Master Bedroom #2, which could provide flexibility as a TV room, office or guestroom. An independent stand-up wardrobe further provides flexibility with this room. There is a two-piece bathroom in the hallway. Spiral stairs off the elevator lobby lead to a very large rooftop terrace with private outdoor Jacuzzi where one can enjoy panoramic Caribbean Sea and city views and fully appreciate the tropical sunrises and sunsets and the beautiful night skies. This suite is impeccably furnished and is the only three-bedroom unit available in the complex. Unit is wheelchair accessible. Occupancy is based on and the capacity is limited to six people.
