Condo New York is a mere 2 minute walk to Mamitas Beach and Playa Tucan the most popular beaches along this Caribbean coastline. The crystal clear turquoise water is never less than spectacular even to the locals who frequent this spot. If you prefer, the Caribbean can be viewed from your private roof top terrace with Jacuzzi.

Condo New York is a three story condo with 2 bedrooms. It offers a in the second level a master bedroom with a King size bed and its a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a king size bed. Both of these rooms have big glass window-doors to the balcony with the view of the 5th avenue. The third bedroom has a pullout couch.

Downstairs there is a full equipped kitchen with a counter sitting, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The living room has a full size television with the comfort that makes you feel a home! This area of the house has a sliding door that can be opened to the huge balcony where you can find sun chairs and umbrella, and a little pool where you can get relaxed having a refreshing Margarita.

The fusion of Mexico and Europe has made this colorful section of Playa the most desirable place to be. Quieter than the heart of town yet anything you need is only a short stroll away.
