Condo Bamboo is located in playa del carmen on 35 Avenue at corner with 14 Norte Street. Two Blocks from Wal-Mart and 6 blocks from the ocean.
You will find also laundry service and a pharmacy just 1 block from the unit. At 200 meters, you will get to the bus station, where all the destinations of the Yucatan and Mexico are available. At 300 meters, not so far from the town hall and the Central Plaza, you will find the catholic church.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, with a nice breeze from the ocean. This building is brand new and located in a quite area and has a security gate.

The condo has been decorated with color scheme.
The furniture is all locally made and it almost all made from bamboo.
The condo has 2 bedrooms with 2 queen size beds and ceiling fans, a large kitchen adjoining to the laundry area, a living room.
Each bedroom has a private bathroom adjacent to the bedrooms. One has a shower and the other has a shower and bathtub.
The kitchen is fully furnished with microwave, an Italian mocha coffee-maker, blender, oven, and a regular coffee machine; in the living room, there is a TV and the box for the internet connection.
Towels and linens are included. The maid services is available at $25 usd per day.
