our property was originally constructed as a magnificent Caribbean beach
residence, each of our four guest suites is unique and romantically beautiful.
All four guest rooms offer private bathrooms in tropical garden settings and are
air conditioned. Beautifully handcrafted furniture, doors and windows combine
with colorful handwoven Mexican textiles to create the ultimate in Mexican
Caribbean luxury. Some of our guest suites have private terraces and offer ocean
and jungle views. Minibars and safes are in every guest suite for guest
convenience.
The common area that all guest suites share features a voluminous 40 foot thatched roof that is truly breathtaking. Folding doors and windows open onto our large terrace adjoining the common area and offering unforgettable views of Casa del Agua's private beach and the turquoise waters of the Caribbean.

"Caleta" is spacious with a king sized bed and its many windows offer quiet
jungle views. This ground floor guest suite is very private and its garden
bathroom is most spectacular. Its large, round double shower lies in a tropical
garden setting with skylights capturing an abundance of natural light. Access to
this guest suite is from outside the property. Perfect for those wanting a
private and romantic guest suite.
"Arroyo", the most unique guest suite in terms of architectural design,
features
a beautiful round bed that is about the size of a king sized bed. The stream of
water that flows throughout Casa del Agua, flows around "Arroyo's" unique round
bed, gently falls to the floor, through the bathroom, and behind the oversized
sunken bathtub. This ground floor suite is the only guest suite that features a
bathtub in addition to a double shower in a garden setting. "Arroyo" has two
entrances
One, from its private terrace facing the jungle and another from the inside of the property, offering easy beach access. With its comfortable sitting area, this suite is the best choice for those requiring an extra bed.
"Caleta" and "Arroyo" can be joined to create two bedroom, two bathroom guest suite, accommodating small groups vacationing together.
The only guest suite on the first floor, "Cenote", has many windows and is
perfect for those wanting jungle and ocean views. This spacious guest room was
the original master suite and features a king sized bed and sitting area. A
corridor leads to a beautiful bathroom and an enormous double shower with
tropical views. Access to this guest suite is from an open stairwell located in
the common area. "Cenote" is ideal for those wanting a spacious, romantic suite
with easy beach access.
"Cascada", the only guest suite on the second floor, offers breathtaking ocean and jungle views from its large, glass double doors and private "L" shaped terrace. This guest suite is smaller than others with a queen sized bed, and offers a vast view of the Caribbean, Puerto Aventuras, and surrounding jungle. "Cascada's" charming bathroom, with a double shower in a garden setting, offers plenty of natural light and tropical views.
Accessed from outside the property by an enclosed spiral staircase, this is an ideal choice for those wanting privacy and incredible ocean views.

2004-2005 Nightly Rates Rates can change without notice. We will confirm rates along with your request. We can give you rates to rent the whole villa if available.

Rates include daily breakfast,
and maid service but do not include 12% tax or 5%
service fee. The seventh night of each week's stay is always complimentary. Drinking water is provided in each of our guest rooms. Additional meals are available upon request and for an extra charge. Special rates are available for extended stays. Rates are in U.S. dollars and do not include 12% tax or 5 % service fee. Please note: that children under 12 are not permitted unless renting the entire villa. A minimum of 50% deposit of stay is required within 10 days of booking. Balance is due in full upon arrival. We are unable to accept credit cards. Airport transfers are available from Cancun's international airport. Please include detailed flight itinerary (Your name, airline, flight number, last city of origin, and arrival time) to guarantee. You will need to pay for the transfer in advance and we can help you with that.
